RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Neem and Moon, we take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and exchange policy ensures a smooth resolution.

We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used skincare, aromatherapy, or wellness products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Customised or personalised items.

2. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
